Bernard Mulheron
For over 40 years Bernard has been building medium to large scale residential housing developments and commercial build projects across Scotland and the North of England. His experience and knowledge in managing and driving projects to a successful conclusion is of real benefit to our clients and allows us to meet our commitment to excellence on quality and timescales.
Nexus manages many projects simultaneously and we rely on Bernard’s experience and supportive approach towards our clients and workforce to complete our installations on time and budget.

Jonathan Warner
Commercial Director
Jonathan has spent the last 2 decades working for some of the largest FTSE 100 companies, with a particular focus on growing service centric new businesses and teams. For a number of years Jonathan worked in the ed-tech sector, growing and creating a number of new business units and revenue streams, with extensive experience of building business entering venture and private equity markets through to exit.
At Nexus Jonathan helps bring together all of our different functions with an oversight on our financial controls and metrics.
Stavros Costa
Is our technical expert and is one of the most experienced, designers and installers of commercial scale solar projects in Scotland. With an eye for detail and quality, he constantly raises the bar with our technical team and demands a high quality approach to all of Nexus electrical works and installations.
In addition to overseeing our busy solar department, Stavros is also responsible for our M+E division and managing our relationship with one of the largest retailers in the country. He likes to engender a positive and where possible fun approach to work and has the ability to find the line between getting the job done and keeping the team motivated.

Bill Young
At the heart of every quality solar installation is a high class electrical design and architecture. Having Bill head this area of Nexus means we have been able to forge successful relationships with those responsible for managing the national grid and have projects approved quicker.
There are many facets to building a strong commercial reputation and Bill has been at the forefront of designing successful solar, wind and large scale M+E projects across the country for years.

Alan, a highly successful professionally qualified property expert with over 20 years’ experience holding key/senior roles within the corporate commercial property market, covering all industry sectors within the UK. Prior to his establishing of Breck Sutherland, he formally held key positions/roles with: Speirs Gumley (Commercial Agency Division). Donaldons Property – Edinburgh, DTZ, The National Retail Agency.
Following which he established the distinguished property Consultants: Breck Sutherland in 2009.
